Völser Weiher – Tschafon – St. Zyprian
Tour desciption
Transfer past the Proesels castle to the Voelser lake at 1050m. Ascent through the forest to the Tuff pasture at 1270m. Here we’ll have a short break. We’ll continue the tour along the Hammer face in relatively flat terrain with meadows and forests. From here you’ll get great views of the Schlern plateau, into the Eisack valley and the Rittner mountain.

At the path’s intersection to Schlern starts the ascent to the Tschafon shelter at 1740m. Excursion to the Voelsegger peak with its great scenic views, approx. 30 minutes lunch time at the cozy shelter.The descent leads along the Hammer face and the Gamssteig back to Weisslahnbad and to the hotel.
