Oswald von Wolkenstein Ride
Galloping into the Middle Ages is the motto of the largest equestrian event in South Tyrol. The ride, dedicated to the singer, poet and composer Oswald von Wolkenstein, is a combination of medieval traditions and the Haflinger horse sport that has been cultivated in South Tyrol to this day. The highlight of the riding competition takes place at Prösels Castle.
